CHILD POLICY :

• Child below 6 years of age are allowed to stay with parents without extra bed on   complimentary basis.

• Child between 5-12 years without bed will have to pay 20% of the double occupancy rate.

 

ADDITIONAL BED :

• For additional bed 40% extra.

• Not more than 3 adults with an extra bed and 1 infant per room is allowed.

• Single rooms will cost 20% less on the price of double.

 

CANCELLATION :​

• Cancellation requests coming in more than 30 days prior to arrival shall be entertained with a 100% refund.

• Cancellation of any confirmed booking prior to 15 days from the date of booking will be charged 30%

• Cancellation requests coming in between 14 days to 7 days prior to arrival shall be entertained with a 25% refund.

• Cancellation requests coming in less than 7 days prior to arrival shall not be entertained for any refund.

• For a refund request to be processed, please allow 14-21 days from the date of the cancellation request.

 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION :

• Reservation can be done by e-mail and phone, but the confirmation will be given only after receiving a minimum of 30% total amount in advance.

• 30% advance is required for confirmed booking.

• 100% of the payment is to be cleared before checking out.
